WILLIAN LAUDS CHELSEA 30-YEAR-OLD AFTER CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL

Willian, an Arsenal winger, praised N'Golo Kante on his Instagram story after he assisted Chelsea in winning the Champions League final on Saturday evening.

Kante was like a Duracell battery in one of the great midfield displays, not letting Manchester City's Kevin de Bruyne and Phil Foden get a sniff of the action in Porto.

While Willian moved from Chelsea to Arsenal last summer, he would have seen Kante in training firsthand.

The rest is obvious because the Chelsea 30-year-old has already won the Premier League, including with Leicester, the Europa League, the Champions League, and the World Cup.

On current form, he has to be considered the best midfielder in the world, capable of sweeping anything in front of him.

Willian, the Arsenal midfielder, was watching from afar and simply wrote on his Instagram story: “What a player you are @nglkante” with a fire emoji.

While Arsenal watches their London rivals win a second European Cup, they will be questioning their own ownership and wondering where their ruthlessness and ambition have gone.

Many thought it was unfair for Roman Abramovich to fire Frank Lampard, but club legend or not, he pulled the trigger and then put his money where his mouth is by bringing in Thomas Tuchel.

Arsenal fans will be wondering how Mikel Arteta is still employed after the club finished the season with no European football and no trophy to their name.

In other news, how many people are there for the Champions League final? Chelsea vs. Manchester City fans are welcome.
